Leith Harbour Free 5/10km : Course details

The event uses two alternative courses along the Te Aka Ōtākou shared path in West Harbour, Dunedin.

Course 1

• Start/finish at Magnet Street and Neptune Street.
• The 5 km turnaround is marked by a long white ribbon between two red painted fence poles.
• The 10 km turnaround is opposite the new carpark area near a red painted fence pole.
• Elevation data for this course is currently not available; provided elevation graphs are approximate.

Course 2

• Start/finish at Kitchener Street near Watercooled Sports.
• The 5 km turnaround is at the entrance to the Vauxhall Yacht Club carpark; the 5 km race starts and finishes at the same location as the 10 km race, with the turnaround occurring at 2.5 km.
• The 10 km turnaround is located at the first tree following two log benches.
