Lehigh Sabor Latino 5K
The Lehigh Sabor Latino 5K is a community-focused running event held at Veterans Park in Lehigh Acres, Florida. This event is part of the Hispanic 5K Series and serves as a celebration of Latin culture, diversity, and fitness. The race is open to participants of all backgrounds and ethnicities.

The 5 km course is chip-timed, with awards provided for the top three male and female finishers overall based on gun time. Additional awards are distributed based on net chip time across various age groups, ranging from 10 and under to 70 and over. All participants who complete the race receive a commemorative finisher medal and an event shirt.
Beyond the race, the event includes a festive atmosphere with a live DJ and an emcee playing a variety of Latin music styles, including salsa, merengue, bachata, and reggaetón. Attendees can also visit five local food trucks offering authentic regional flavors. Following the awards ceremony, the event hosts a non-professional couples dance competition for participants and spectators.
