Leftover Turkey Trot
Leftover Turkey Trot is a community 5K event held on November 29, 2026 at North Attleboro Town Hall, 43 South Washington Street, North Attleboro, MA 02760. The course begins on a flat straightaway, moves onto rolling hills through residential streets, and finishes on a straightaway through downtown North Attleboro.
The event offers a single distance of 3.1 miles (5K). Registration opens August 24, 2026 and closes October 15, 2026. The entry fee is $25 per participant and increases to $35 on October 16. The event does not accept cash on the day of the event. Participant check in is available the day before the event and on the day of the event.
The first 500 participants receive a runners bib, a T shirt, and a finisher medal. Awards include unique medals for the top three women and the top three men and for top men and women across seven age categories. Participants are encouraged to bring a new unwrapped toy.
The beneficiary is North Attleboro VFW Post #443, which will assist in erecting a Doughboy statue in Barrows Park intended to honor veterans of the First World War. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
