Semaphore Coastal Running Festival 2026
This event marks the 11th consecutive year of the Semaphore Coastal Running Festival. It is described as part of the original low-cost, low-key coastal fun running community event series in South Australia.
The event takes place on the coastal bike and walk path, with the start location opposite South Terrace in Semaphore. Participants can choose from several distances run concurrently: 5 km, 10 km, 15 km, 21.1 km half marathon, and 30 km. A virtual run option is also available for a fixed price, which must be completed on the event day.
All participants receive a finisher medal and a race bib. Trophies are awarded to male and female winners with an "11" year theme, and first-place medals are given to the male and female winners of the 15 km distance.
A portion of the event's proceeds supports the Australian Cancer Research Foundation (ACRF). Registration typically closes at noon three days before the event date, unless extended. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
