Leeds - Rock up n' Run
The Leeds - Rock up n' Run event is part of a summer pop up series organized by It's Grim Up North Running. Located in the Rodley area of Leeds, the event provides participants with the opportunity to run along the Leeds and Liverpool Canal. The race headquarters and the start and finish lines are situated behind the Rodley Barge Pub on Town Street.
Participants can choose from two different course distances:
- 5 km
- 10 km
The event allows for flexible entry options, including the ability to pay on the day at the venue or to book in advance online. Registration for both distances takes place on the evening of the race. The event is open to runners aged 16 and over.
The organization provides several post-race amenities for all participants. Every runner receives a jumble medal upon completion of their distance. Additionally, the event includes hot food and a choice of beer or a soft drink for those who take part.
