Leavenworth Trail Fest
Leavenworth Trail Fest takes place May 29, 2027 at the Leavenworth Ski Hill Area, 10701 Ski Hill Drive, Leavenworth, WA. The event is organized by Mountain Running Races and includes multiple trail race distances and a weekend festival atmosphere.
Race courses use the ridgelines north of town and combine alpine ridges, forest service roads, and singletrack. The Skyline 25K is a new loop course that gains about 3,700 ft, climbs a feature called "The Nut," and reaches Tumwater Ridge near the paraglider launch. The Ski Hill 50K is two loops of the 25K course with about 7,500 ft of elevation gain, seven aid stations, and a 10-hour cutoff. The Town 5K is a shorter, trail-friendly course intended for families and first-time trail runners. A youth-focused Kids Race is also offered.

Divisions and awards cover Elite, Sport, and Masters classes, with podium awards for top finishers in men, women, and non-binary categories. Finishers in the 25K and 50K may choose a custom finisher award or three trees planted on their behalf. Festival features include packet pickup at the Ski Hill Lodge, a group run, live music, a Trail Family Food Tent, and community activities.
