LDWA Rodent Wriggle

The Rodent Wriggle is a popular trail run event held by Norfolk & Suffolk LDWA, featuring three routes: 13.5 miles, 23 miles, and a 50k (31.5 miles) route. The trail meanders through the Mid Suffolk countryside, passing by 10 historic churches along the 50k route. The event starts at Needham Market Community Centre and participants must adhere to checkpoint opening and closing times.
