Hosted by Zig Zag Running at the Suffolk Running Centre in Bury St Edmunds, this entry covers day one of a ten day series. The route turns at about 5.2 km and runners retrace their steps back to the start.

- 10k: one full Denham Flats loop
- Half marathon: two loops of the 10.4 km route
- Full marathon: four loops of the 10.4 km route
- Ultra: either four loops plus a 5k turnpoint or five full loops
Race HQ and the lap point are at base camp, where a water and aid station will be located. Parking is included in the entry price. A GPX file for the course can be downloaded from the course tab. Organisers provide a bespoke medal at the end of each day. The event operates a cupless policy so participants should use their own bottles or cups for refilling.
