Event Format
The event is a Last Human Standing format. Racing starts at 10 am. Participants complete a loop course and must finish each loop in under 60 minutes. A new lap begins every hour on the hour (e.g., 11 am, 12 pm). Anyone who fails to complete a loop within the hour is eliminated. The race continues until only one participant remains. That final participant must complete one more loop than the second-to-last eliminated athlete to be declared the winner.
Location and Parking
The event takes place on private property adjacent to the Big River Management Area in West Greenwich, Rhode Island. The exact site address is disclosed to registrants and their crews. Parking is limited, so participants are asked to limit vehicles to one per runner. Carpooling with another runner may open up additional entry slots.
