Last Human Standing - RI takes place on June 13, 2026, in West Greenwich, Rhode Island, on private property adjacent to the Big River Management Area. The site address is disclosed to registrants and their crews; parking is limited and attendees are asked to limit vehicles to one per runner.
The event uses a repeated loop format on the same course. Each lap must be completed in under 60 minutes to earn the right to continue. Those who complete a lap within the time limit may begin the next loop under the same rules. The race proceeds in successive loops until only one runner remains. The remaining athlete must be at the starting line ready for the next loop and must complete one more loop than the second to last nonfinisher to be declared the Last Human Standing.
