Sprint bike routes use two loops that include smooth center road sections and park bike paths; the supersprint bike is a single loop. Run courses follow wide, well paved pedestrian paths with a section along the water’s edge roughly halfway through the run.
The event is USAT sanctioned and presented as a 100 percent plant based event. Parking lots are a short walk from the transition area and volunteers assist with parking; a parking pass is required for park entry in some circumstances. Awards are given for top overall finishers, age groups, relays, and SUP placings. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
