2026 Las Vegas Spartan Event Weekend
The Las Vegas Spartan Event Weekend takes place at Nevada State University in Henderson, Nevada. Located approximately 15 miles from the Las Vegas Strip, the venue sits in the foothills near Mount Scorpion. The course utilizes a brand new location featuring technical trails and uphill sections characteristic of the Nevada desert landscape.
Participants can choose from several event formats and distances:
- Super 10K: A 10 km course featuring 25 obstacles.
- Sprint 5K: A 5 km course featuring 20 obstacles.
- Kids Race: Distances ranging from 1 km to 3 km including obstacles.
- Hurricane Heat: Endurance events offered in 4-hour and 12-hour formats.
An obstacle workshop is available the day before the primary races begin. The environment is subject to desert weather conditions. The event accommodates individual participants as well as teams, and spectators are permitted on the grounds. The Sprint 5K has an average completion duration of approximately 1 hour and 32 minutes.
