Laps with Legends is a 5-kilometer road run held on May 23, 2026, centered at the NASCAR Hall of Fame on East Martin Luther King Junior Boulevard in Uptown Charlotte. The course is described as highlighting several well-known Uptown locations and may include appearances by NASCAR Hall of Famers.
Registered participants receive an official race bib with chip timing, an event t-shirt, and a finisher medal. The first 350 registrants are guaranteed a finisher medal, and registrations completed after May 7, 2026 will receive a handcrafted Cherry Wood Medal. The first 100 registrants also receive two hours of complimentary parking in the event parking deck. All registrants receive a $10 off general admission ticket valid for use in June 2026.
The event supports the NASCAR Hall of Fame Foundation scholarship program; the fundraising target shown is $7,500 with $816.92 raised to date. Team and participant fundraising options are available. Registration fees change by date; published price tiers include examples ranging from about $50 to about $66 depending on the registration period. Registration fees include mandatory charges and items where applicable.
Race policies note that refunds are not provided unless a participant enrolled in the Refund Protection Program, and race management reserves the right to cancel or modify the event.
