Event overview
The Lancing 10K is a 10 km road race held at the Perch on Lancing Seafront, 28 Brighton Road, Lancing BN15 8RA. The next edition is scheduled for 01/11/2026. The course is an out-and-back route that passes Worthing Pier 1.6 km beyond the turn point and starts and finishes at Lancing Perch. The course is accurately measured and the event is affiliated with England Athletics. Course record times are 32:31 (male, 2021) and 38:44 (female, 2023).
Event details
Facilities include changing rooms, toilets, baggage storage and first aid. Water is supplied at various points along the course. The surface is pathway. There is on-day registration and trophies for the first three finishers. A bespoke medal is provided for finishers. The Perk Cafe is located about 100 m from the finish line. Directions note Bus 700 and that Lancing railway station is about a 10-minute walk. Parking is available at a charge of £1.50 or £2.00 for the day. Results are published on the organiser's website.
