Lancing 10K
Lancing 10K is a seaside road race organised by MCC Promotions at the Perch on Lancing Seafront, 28 Brighton Road, Lancing BN15 8RA. The next scheduled edition is on 1 November 2026. The event is open to entrants aged 15 and over on the race date.
The course is an accurately measured out-and-back route that goes 1.6 km past Worthing Pier and follows the seafront on pathway terrain. It is affiliated with England Athletics. Published course records are male 32:31 (2021) and female 38:44 (2023). Trophies are awarded to the first three finishers and a bespoke medal is provided.
Facilities and event services include changing facilities, toilets and baggage, first aid, water at various points on the course, and on-day registration. Results are published on mccpromotions.com. Parking is available at a small charge of £1.50 to £2.00 for the day. Public transport options include Bus 700 and a roughly 10 minute walk from Lancing railway station.
Participant feedback notes the route runs close to the sea and offers scenic views, and that parts of the course are shared with pedestrians and cyclists and can be narrow in places. The event supports the charity Sport in Mind. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
