Lancing 10K
The Lancing 10K is a measured 10 km road race organised by MCC Promotions, scheduled for 1 November 2026 at the Perch on Lancing Seafront, 28 Brighton Road, Lancing BN15 8RA. The course is an out-and-back that passes Worthing Pier and runs along paved promenade and pathways beside the sea, with views of the seafront and the nearby college cathedral.
The event is England Athletics affiliated. Participant facilities listed by the organiser include changing areas, toilets, baggage drop, first aid and water provided at various points on the course. Results are published by the organiser after the race. Trophies are awarded to the first three finishers and a bespoke medal is provided.
Travel and practical information noted by the organiser: the nearest rail station is Lancing, about a ten minute walk; Bus 700 serves the area; on-site parking is available for a small fee (around £1.50–£2.00 all day). On-day registration is offered. The event supports the charity Sport in Mind.
