The Lancing 10K is organised by MCC Promotions and takes place on 1 November 2026 at the Perch on Lancing Seafront, 28 Brighton Road, Lancing BN15 8RA. Entry is priced at £16.00 and the event is open to entrants aged 15 and over on the event date. On-day registration is available. The event is England Athletics affiliated and supports the charity Sport in Mind. Course records are listed as Male 32:31 (2021) and Female 38:44 (2023).
Course and facilities
The route is an accurately measured out-and-back course that goes 1.6 km past Worthing Pier with start and finish at Lancing Perch. Terrain is listed as pathway. Facilities and services include changing rooms, toilets, baggage drop, first aid, and water at various points on the course. Trophies are awarded to the first three finishers and a bespoke medal is provided. Results are published by the organiser. Directions note Bus 700 and a 10 minute walk from Lancing railway station.
