Participant Information
Adult races are chip-timed. All finishers in the adult categories receive a replica world record medal. The event headquarters is at the Slinfold Cricket Club, where race number collection takes place. Facilities on-site include a professionally run warm-up session, separate restrooms for women, and a fully licensed bar. Refreshments such as tea, coffee, soft drinks, and cakes are available for purchase.
Historical artifacts, including a pair of Alf Shrubb’s running shoes from the Horsham Museum, are displayed at the cricket club during the event. Awards are presented for various age groups and for the top male and female residents of Slinfold.
