Event details
The Lakewood Run takes place on Saturday, March 7, 2026. The event program includes the following distances and activities:
- 5K Walk/Run
- 10K Run
- 5K Ruck
- Community Expo
The event offers food, refreshments, live music, race results with a medal ceremony, vendor booths, and an opportunity drawing. Registration prices increase after December 31, 2025. Registration for the Community Expo ends March 5, 2026.
Participants who refer five people who register using their unique referral link will receive a $20 refund.
Location and organizers
The race start is located in front of the Lakewood Sheriff's Station on Clark Ave. The Community Expo is in the Lakewood Mall parking lot between Starlight Theater and Super Mex. The Lakewood Run is presented by the Lakewood Sheriff's Station and Soroptimist International of Lakewood/Long Beach. Proceeds from the event benefit both organizations.
