Lakeside Laps for Brain Injury Awareness 2026
Lakeside Laps is organised by the Brain Injury Association Waterloo Wellington in association with Run Waterloo and takes place on June 6, 2026 at Columbia Lake, Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. The event includes timed runs and an untimed walk around the lake, with a 4 km loop and an 8 km option that consists of two loops.

- 8 km (two loops)
- 4 km (one loop)
- 4 km walk (untimed)
- 200 m kids fun run
Entry includes a finisher medal for all finishers. Event t-shirts are available for an additional fee. Children aged 12 and under receive discounted entry on specified race distances as noted by the organiser. Entries are non refundable. Strollers and stroller occupants are registered free but must be accompanied by a participant registered in a different sub event. Only service dogs are permitted on the course.
The event serves as a fundraiser for the Brain Injury Association Waterloo Wellington. At the time of listing CA$4,835.31 had been raised toward a CA$10,000 goal.
