Lakeside Triathlon, Duathlon and Kids of Steel
The event takes place at Lakeside Resort, Sunova Crescent, Lakeside, Zorra, ON, Canada, over the weekend of September 12 and 13, 2026. Races are held around Lake Sunova, which is spring fed and whose water remains clear year round.
The program includes multiple multisport formats across the weekend, including Sprint and Olympic distance triathlons, Sprint and International distance duathlons, Swim Bike events, Give It A Tri, relay entries for select races, and Kids of Steel races for age groups from 3 to 15 years.
The venue features a treed transition area located directly adjacent to the swim and bike zones. Parking is available approximately 200 m from the venue. Registration, food services, awards and the finish line are located close to each other on site, providing several spectator viewing opportunities.
Online registration closes on September 4 at 12PM or when entry limits are reached. To receive a race specific t shirt, registrations must be completed by August 17; later registrations receive a series t shirt. Registrations made by August 31 receive a personalized bib. The refund policy offers 75% refunds four weeks prior, 25% refunds two weeks prior, and no refunds within two weeks of the event; processing fees apply. Transfer options, associated fees and Triathlon Ontario membership requirements are specified by the organizer.
