The event takes place at Lakeside Resort, Sunova Crescent, Lakeside, Zorra, ON, Canada. It includes triathlon and duathlon races and the Kids of Steel youth program with multiple age groups.
Offered formats include Sprint Triathlon, Olympic distance triathlon, International Distance Duathlon, Swim Bike events, Give-It-A-Tri, and relay options for selected races. Kids of Steel categories are listed for ages 3–5, 6–7, 8–9, 10–11, 12–13 and 14–15.
On site, a treed transition area is located next to the swim and bike zones. Lake Sunova is described as spring fed and remains clean and clear. Parking is available about 200 m from the venue. Registration, food, awards, and the finish area are grouped close together, providing clear viewing opportunities for spectators.
Online registration closes on Thursday, September 4 at 12PM or when event entry limits are reached. Registrations made by August 17 receive a race specific t-shirt; later registrations receive a series t-shirt. Personalized race bibs are guaranteed for registrations received by August 31. The refund policy offers 75% four weeks prior, 25% two weeks prior, and no refunds within two weeks of the event. Transfer options and fees are specified for sub-event, participant and event-to-event transfers, and a Triathlon Ontario membership or one day fee is required.
