Event Overview
Lakeside is a long-standing multisport event located at the Lakeside Resort in rural Oxford County, Ontario. The venue surrounds Sunova Lake, a spring-fed lake known for maintaining clear water conditions throughout the year. The event features a range of competitions including triathlons, duathlons, and youth races held over a September weekend.
The event layout is designed for convenience, featuring a treed transition area located directly next to the swim and bike segments. Registration, the finish line, food services, and awards ceremonies are all situated in close proximity to one another. For spectators, the venue provides multiple viewing opportunities to follow the progress of the athletes. Parking is located approximately 200 meters from the main event area.

- Olympic and Sprint Swim Bike

- Kids of Steel (Ages 3 to 15)
Registration guidelines specify that participants who register by mid-August receive a race-specific t-shirt, while those registering later receive a series t-shirt. Personalized race bibs are available for those who sign up by the end of August.
