Venue and logistics details: the transition area is treed and adjacent to the swim and bike zones. Lake Sunova is spring-fed and described as clean and clear year-round. Parking is available about 200 m from the venue. Registration, food, awards and the finish area are located close to one another, and there are good viewing opportunities for spectators.

Registration and rules highlights: online registration closes on September 4 at 12 PM or when entry limits are reached. Register by August 17 to receive a race specific T-shirt; registrations after that date receive a series T-shirt. Register by August 31 to receive a personalized race bib. Refund policy: 75% refund four weeks prior, 25% refund two weeks prior, and no refunds within two weeks of the event; processing fees apply. Transfer fees: sub-event transfers are 10 CAD, participant-to-participant transfers 25 CAD, and event-to-event transfers 25 CAD. All registrations must include a valid Triathlon Ontario membership or a Triathlon Ontario one day fee purchased at checkout. Transfers into sold out events are not permitted.
