Lakeside takes place at Lakeside Resort, Sunova Crescent, Lakeside, Zorra, ON, Canada. The event includes triathlon, duathlon and Kids of Steel youth races offered across multiple distance formats and categories.

The venue sits around Lake Sunova, described as a spring fed lake with clear water. The transition area is treed and located next to the swim and bike areas. Parking is approximately 200 m from the venue. Registration, food service, awards and the finish area are grouped close together, providing good viewing opportunities for spectators.

- Online registration closes Thursday September 4 at 12PM or when entry limits are reached.
- Register by August 17 to receive a race specific t shirt; later registrations receive a series t shirt.
- Register by August 31 to receive a personalized bib; later entries receive a non personalized bib. Refunds and transfers
- Refunds: 75% refund four weeks before event weekends, 25% refund two weeks before, no refunds within two weeks of an event weekend.
- Transfer fees and rules apply depending on transfer type and timing; all registrations require a Triathlon Ontario membership or a one day fee. Communications
- A pre event notice will be sent on September 2 with course details and the final schedule.
- A final event notice will be sent on September 10 with bib numbers and final event details.
