About the race
Lakeland Paws Grizedale Growl Dec is held at Grizedale Forest in the Lake District, as part of Lakeland Paws Series 4. The event offers two marked, chip-timed routes on forest roads and trails: a 10 km loop with about 250 m of ascent and a 5 km option with around 180 m of ascent. The course sits on the south side of Grizedale, delivering stunning views across Coniston Water.
