Lakeland Paws Grizedale Growl Dec

Lakeland Paws Grizedale Growl Dec is a dog-friendly trail running event held in Grizedale Forest, near Coniston Water in the Lake District. The Lakeland Paws Series 4 offers two course choices: a 10K loop with about 250m of ascent, and a shorter 5K route with around 180m of ascent. The routes run on wide forest paths and forest roads, and are fully marked and chip-timed, with GPX files available for download.
