The 49th Lake to Lake 10k takes place in Lakeland, Florida on November 1, 2025, at Lake Mirror. The main running event has a 16:00 minutes per mile pace requirement. The 10k event is currently full and a waiting list is open.

Registration and logistics
Online entry is shown as $54 (includes a $4 fee). Important registration dates include: Oct. 10 as the last date to guarantee shirt selection; Oct. 18 noted as a date for a price increase; Oct. 28 when online registration closes at 11:59 PM; Oct. 30 when race instructions are emailed; and Oct. 31 when walk-up registration may open (if not sold out) at 4:00 PM for $50 cash or credit.
The organizer will not mail bibs, shirts, finisher medals, or awards. In-person packet pickup is required; a friend or family member may collect a packet or retrieve an award during the scheduled pickup windows or awards ceremony.
