The event takes place at Blish Park in Marlborough, Connecticut on July 30, 2026. It is the 25th year of the Lake T Sprint Series. The weekend offers individual and relay divisions, with transition rack space assigned first come, first serve and start waves separated by gender.
The Sprint course includes a 600 yard lake swim, a two-loop bike course with rolling hills, and a 5K run around the lake that has small inclines and a downhill final mile. Aid is available on the run at the town hall section. The Super Sprint is a shorter option with a 200 yard swim, a 5.5 mile one-loop bike, and a 1.7 mile run. An Aqua Bike category is also offered.
Online registration opens January 31, 2026 and closes at 4:00 PM on race day. Online fees are listed for each category and there are higher day-of-event prices. In case of adverse weather, organizers expect to make efforts to hold the event in some capacity; if the race cannot be run there will be no refunds or transfers.
Race rules include no earbuds at any time, helmets must be on and strapped before leaving transition, bikes may not be mounted until Lake Road, cyclists should remain at least two bike lengths behind others and ride as far to the right as possible when not passing. No animals are allowed at Blish Park per town regulations. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
