Event Overview
The Lake Terramuggus Sprint Triathlon #4 is scheduled for July 30, 2026. It takes place at Blish Park in Marlborough, Connecticut. The event is described as being in its 25th year.
Race Options
The event offers four different race formats:
- Sprint Triathlon: Features a 600 yard lake swim, a two-loop bike course with rolling hills, and a 5K run around the lake with some small inclines.
- Super Sprint Triathlon: A shorter option with a 200 yard swim, a 5.5 mile one-loop bike, and a 1.7 mile run.
- Sprint Relay Triathlon: A team-based version of the sprint distance.
- Aqua Bike: A swim and bike only event.
Course Details
The run course for the sprint distance goes around the lake and has a downhill section in the last mile. An aid station is available on the run near the town hall section. Transition racks are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Participants are started in separate waves for men and women.
