Event Details
The Lake Terramuggus Sprint Triathlon #3 is scheduled for Thursday, July 16, 2026. It will be held at Blish Park in Marlborough, Connecticut.
Distances and Format
The event features four distinct competitions:
- Sprint Triathlon: A 600 yard lake swim, followed by a two-loop bike course with rolling hills, and a 5K run around the lake with a few small inclines and a downhill finish for the last mile.
- Super Sprint Triathlon: A shorter option with a 200 yard swim, a 5.5 mile single-loop bike, and a 1.7 mile run.
- Sprint Relay Triathlon: A team-based version of the sprint distance.
- Aqua Bike: An event consisting of the swim and bike segments only.
The race uses a wave start format separated by male and female participants. Transition racks are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. An aid station is available on the run course near the town hall section.
