Lake Terramuggus Sprint Triathlon #2
The event takes place at Blish Park in Marlborough, Connecticut on July 2, 2026. It is the 25th year of the Lake T Sprint Series and includes individual, relay and aqua bike divisions. Racks are assigned first come, first serve and waves are organized by male and female categories.
Distances offered:
- Sprint Tri: 14.44 miles
- Super Sprint Tri: 7.31 miles
- Sprint Relay Tri: 14.44 miles
- Aqua Bike: 11.34 miles
The Sprint course includes a 600 yard lake swim, a two-loop bike course with rolling hills, and a 5K run that circles the lake with a few small inclines and a downhill final mile. Aid is available on the run at the town hall section. The Super Sprint features a 200 yard swim, a 5.5 mile single-loop bike, and a 1.7 mile run.
Online and day of registration fees are published for each race category, with separate online and day of prices. Registration opens January 31, 2026 and closes on race day. If the event cannot be held because of weather, organizers state there will be no refunds or transfers and efforts will be made to race in some other capacity.
Safety and conduct rules include no earbuds, helmets worn and strapped before leaving transition, no mounting until Lake Road, keeping at least two bike lengths behind other racers, riding as far right as possible and passing on the left within the lane.
