Event Details
The Lake Terramuggus Sprint Triathlon is held at Blish Park in Marlborough, Connecticut. It is part of the Lake T Sprint Series, which is in its 25th year. The event offers several race formats.
Distances
The Sprint Triathlon includes a 600 yard swim in Lake Terramuggus, followed by a two-loop bike course with rolling hills, and finishes with a 5K run around the lake. The run course has a few small inclines and is downhill for the last mile. Aid is available on the run at the town hall section.
A Super Sprint option is available, consisting of a 200 yard swim, a 5.5 mile one-loop bike ride, and a 1.7 mile run. There is also a Sprint Relay Triathlon and an Aqua Bike event.
Registration
Racks in the transition area are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Start waves are organized by male and female categories. Online registration closes at 4:00 PM on race day.

- Super Sprint: $35.00
- Sprint Relay: $65.00
- Aqua Bike: $45.00
