Registration opens in April and closes on June 14, 2026. The registration fee is $30 for the listed events. Race day registration and packet pickup are available at Rotary Field. Early packet pick up is available at Fleet Feet Glastonbury on 63 Hebron Ave on June 25 (5:00 to 7:00 pm), June 26 (4:00 to 6:00 pm), and June 27 (10:00 am to noon). T-shirts are limited to 150 registered participants.

Parking is not permitted on Olde Stage Road. Limited parking is available at the park, with additional parking on Bidwell Street or at Glastonbury High School (about a 5 to 10 minute walk).

Event rules include no refunds and no strollers or bikes on the course. The event lists Highland Park Market as the naming sponsor and identifies Friends of Glastonbury Youth as the beneficiary.
