Lake Tahoe Marathon Events
The Lake Tahoe Marathon Events is a three-day running weekend held around Lake Tahoe with activities in two states. The event base is listed as Meadow Road in Homewood, California, and the Sunday races finish at Lakeside Beach in South Lake Tahoe.
The weekend program includes a variety of distances and formats. Participants may enter a single race or combine races into multi-day challenges such as completing three marathons in three days, three half marathons in three days, or a mixed sequence of a marathon, a half marathon, and a 10K.
A 72-mile Ultramarathon fully circles Lake Tahoe and begins Saturday night, concluding alongside the other weekend races. There is also a 4-person Ultra Relay option where teams divide the lake route into segments.
Special discounts are available for certain registrations. Three-day challenges may receive an automatic discount up to 20%. Family and friends discounts apply for multi-person registrations. Additional discounts are listed for seniors and youth, and a 10% discount is available for two-day registrations by requesting a code.
