Lake Rebecca Triathlon
Lake Rebecca Triathlon takes place on July 18, 2027, at Lake Rebecca Park Reserve in Rockford, Minnesota, about 30 miles west of downtown Minneapolis. The venue is a clear, clean non-motorboat lake within the Three Rivers Park District and provides a waterfront setting for the races.
The course benefits from low traffic county roads with wide shoulders for the bike segment and a run route shaded by mature trees. Parking is located close to the transition area and there is ample space for spectators and families.
Event distances:
- Sprint: 600 yd swim, 14 mi bike, 5k run
- Mini: Roughly 125 yd swim, 5.75 mi bike, 1.3 mi run
Registration for both the Sprint and Mini opens July 31, 2026 and closes August 31, 2026, with a registration fee of $65. Headphones are not permitted anywhere on the course for safety reasons.
