Logistics and awards

Packet pickup is held on site the day before and the morning of the event. At pickup participants receive their custom event bib, a swim cap, a wristband, and pins; participants must also collect their race chip and be body marked on race day. Race shirts are not included with registration; shirts, when offered, are unisex triblend.

The transition area is restricted to triathlon participants and event staff; tri clubs have reserved sections. Participants enter transition from the south after the swim; bikes enter and exit from the north; the run exits from the south and begins along the east side of transition.

Water will be available at the start/finish area and at one on-course water station located 0.9 miles from the run start and 0.5 miles from the finish. Overall awards are given to the top three male and female finishers and to first place master and grand master men and women on both courses. First place certificates are awarded in multiple age group categories from 19 and under through 80 and over. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
