Event overview
The Lake Rebecca Triathlon takes place on Sunday, July 19, 2026, at Lake Rebecca Park Reserve in Rockford, Minnesota. The venue is a non-motorboat lake with low-traffic county roads and shaded running paths. Parking is near the transition area. Headphones are not permitted on any part of the course.

Sprint
- 600 yard swim

Super Sprint
- ~125 yard swim (parallel to shore just beyond swim area)
- 5.7 mile bike
- 1.3 mile run
Swim wave sizes and age group wave assignments will be determined the week of the triathlon.
Logistics
Packet pickup is available on Saturday, July 18 (on site) and on Sunday, July 19 (on site). At pickup participants receive a custom event bib, a swim cap, a wristband, and pins; race chips are picked up and body marking is required on race day. Only triathlon participants and event staff are allowed in the transition area. Bikes enter and leave from the north; participants enter transition after the swim from the south; the run exits from the south along the east side of transition. There will be a trainer and water at the start/finish area and one water station on the run course, located 0.9 miles from the start and 0.5 miles from the finish. Awards are given for overall places, masters and grand masters, and first-place age group certificates across specified age brackets. The event address is 9831 Rebecca Park Trail, Rockford, MN 55373.
