Event overview
The Lake of the Ozarks Endurance Runs take place at Lake of the Ozarks State Park with start and finish at Public Beach #1. The weekend includes a post-race TrailFest with live music, food and beverage options, vendor booths, and awards presentations. Camping, yurts, cabins, showers, and other park amenities are available within walking distance of the start/finish area.

- Wandering Bobcat - 5 Miler (about 5.5 miles)
- Trail of Four Winds - 25K
- LOZ Traverse - ~32 miles running + 3 miles paddling
Wandering Bobcat features roughly 700+ feet of elevation gain and lake views. Trail of Four Winds is described as a heavy 25K with rock outcrops, overlooks, seasonal streams, roots, loose rock, creek crossings, sections of single and double track, steep grades of 10 percent or more, and 1600+ feet of elevation gain. LOZ Traverse combines the Four Winds run with lake paddling; competitors must provide their own kayak, canoe, or stand-up paddle board, wear a Coast Guard approved life jacket, and may use only one person per boat.
Logistics and rules
Packet pickup is race day only from 6:00 AM to 9:30 AM. Aid stations are located at approximately 3.5, 10, 13.5, and 15.5 miles (finish); LOZ Traverse also uses aid stations at about 22, 26.5, and 29 miles. Drop bags are located at the start/finish for LOZ Traverse only. Cutoffs: Trail of Four Winds has a 6.5 hour cutoff; LOZ Traverse requires finishing the Four Winds side within 3.5 hours and has an overall 10 hour cutoff. Registration includes at least one swag item, a finisher award, a post-race beverage ticket, vendor access, and a fully stocked finish line aid station; registrations within three weeks of race day may not be guaranteed swag, finisher award, or beverage ticket. Awards are presented at the festival and will not be mailed. Photographs will be taken and made available at no charge. No refunds are issued for cancellation or postponement.
