Race details and logistics
Registration prices listed are $29 for the 5K and $39 for the 15K, with a price increase date noted of November 28, 2025. Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Packet pickup is available Friday, October 10 at three Run For Your Life store locations (Midtown, Piper Glen, University) and there is an on-site race morning pickup window. Participants will receive a long-sleeve event shirt while supplies last; shirt sizes are ordered from online registration and shirt availability can be guaranteed by registering before 9/6/2026.
The race uses ChronoTrack chip timing and participant results are based on each runner crossing the start and finish lines; results are available at the finish and via QR on the bib. There is no bag check service. Dogs are not allowed on the course. Strollers and baby joggers are permitted and will start with other runners; there is no separate awards category for strollers. Medical services at the start/finish are provided by Novant Health. Porta-potties will be available at the start/finish area. Events are held rain or shine unless organizers and public safety/medical partners determine conditions are unsafe; cancellation for inclement weather does not qualify for a refund.
