Lake Natoma Trail Run 5K & 10K 2026
The Lake Natoma Trail Run takes place on June 6, 2026 in Fair Oaks, California, on the north shore of Lake Natoma. The Fair Oaks Recreation & Park District hosts the event, which follows trails through wetlands, oak woodlands and single track. The event was formerly known as the Mississippi Bar Trail Run and includes a new kids run option for children under 10 years old.

Each participant receives a Trail Run Survival kit that includes a custom fanny pack, chap stick and electrolytes. Each finisher receives a custom finisher medal. Packet pick-up is available Friday, June 5 at Fleet Feet Folsom, 6610 Folsom-Auburn Rd., Folsom, CA 95630, and packets may also be picked up on the morning of the race. The event entrance is at the intersection of Sunset and Main Avenues in Fair Oaks.
Proceeds support the Rachel Anne Gray Memorial Scholarship. Entry fees are non-refundable but entries may be transferred to other individuals for this race. The trails are not suitable for strollers. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
