Lake Natoma Trail Run 5K & 10K - 2026
The Lake Natoma Trail Run takes place on June 6, 2026 in Fair Oaks, California, at 9500 Sunset Ave on the north shore of Lake Natoma. The event is organized by the Fair Oaks Recreation & Park District and is listed as the fifth annual running of this trail event formerly known as the Mississippi Bar Trail Run.
The course travels through wetlands, oak trees and single-track trails along the lake's north shore. The area was once mined by gold prospectors and is used for hiking, bird watching, horseback riding, mountain biking and trail running.

Packet pick-up is available the day before the race at Fleet Feet Folsom, 6610 Folsom-Auburn Rd, Folsom, CA, and packets may also be picked up the morning of the race. Each finisher receives a custom finisher medal and each participant receives a Trail Run Survival kit that includes a custom fanny pack, chap stick, and electrolytes.
Proceeds support the Rachel Anne Gray Memorial Scholarship. All entry fees are non-refundable but may be transferred to other individuals; there are no exceptions. The trails are not suitable for strollers. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
