Lake Michigan Half Marathon
The Lake Michigan Half Marathon is a fall running event in Milwaukee that follows the Lake Michigan shoreline and Milwaukee County’s south shore park system. The course starts and finishes at Cupertino Park and follows the paved Oak Leaf Trail south through lakefront parks before returning north to the finish.
Participants pass through or alongside South Shore Park, Bay View Park, Sheridan Park, Warnimont Park, and the Grant Park area. The route includes paved trail sections, stretches of wooded trail, and open water views along Lake Michigan.
The event includes race options for runners, walkers, and ruckers. Registration windows and fees vary by event. Final course details are subject to municipal and park approvals.
