Event overview
The Strider PR - 2025 takes place on December 7, 2025 at the Pettit National Ice Center Indoor Track in Milwaukee, WI. The event uses the indoor track and notes it has no wind and no hills. Proceeds and collected items support the Milwaukee Rescue Mission; the race will collect new, unwrapped toys and cash donations for local distribution.

Listed entry fees are $50 for the 5k and One Hour events, $1 for the kids lap, and $35 for the virtual option. Virtual participants are asked to pick up their race swag at the Pettit on race day. Race day registration is $50 for in-person events. The virtual price increases after December 6, 2025.
Runners must bring their own water bottle because open cups are not allowed. Water bottle storage tables will be staffed and can refill bottles with water or Gatorade. Headphones are not allowed; music will be played over the venue speaker system and requests will be considered.
Awards and extras
Overall awards will be given to the top three male and female finishers in the 5k and One Hour events. Age-group awards are awarded for first place in ten-year groups (<20, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+). Child participants receive sweet treats.
