Lake Country Freedom 5K, 10K & 25K
The Lake Country Freedom event takes place on July 4, 2026 in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin at Roosevelt Park, 103 W. Jefferson. It is held during the citys 151st Hometown Celebration. The weekend program includes running, rucking, walking, and a kids race.

- Freedom 25K, 15.5 Miles
- Freedom 10K, 6.2 Miles
- Freedom 5K, 3.1 Miles
- Freedom 5K Ruck, 3.1 Miles ruck format
- Freedom 2 Mile Walk, 2 Miles
- Freedom Kiddos 1K, kids race
Participants receive event items at the finish, including a finisher medal and an event t shirt. The event also provides a hot dog and sides at the finish line and finisher woodles produced by Ridgeway Woodworks. The kids 1K is free and includes an SCSE finisher medal; shirts and Freedom 5K medals are not included with the free kids race.
