Lake Country Half Marathon
The Lake Country Half Marathon takes place on August 29, 2026 in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. The main event uses Village Green at 104 E Wisconsin Ave as the race site and finishes at City Beach on the shore of Lac La Belle.

- Half Marathon
- 8 Mile Run
- 8 Mile Ruck
The course leaves Village Green and runs north along the isthmus between Fowler Lake and Lac La Belle. It then moves west through the Village of Lac La Belle tracing the shoreline before opening onto countryside roads. On the return the route follows the lake’s western edge back toward Wisconsin Avenue and finishes with a flat final stretch at City Beach on Lac La Belle.
Packet pickup is held at City Beach on race day. Participants must present the receipt QR code on a mobile device or a printed copy for packet retrieval.
There are two aid stations on course plus an aid station at the finish. Aid stations provide water and Gatorade. Fresh fruit is available at the finish line.
All finishers receive a custom finisher medal. Top overall male and female finishers in each event receive handcrafted awards from Ridgeway Woodworks. Top three finishers in five year age groups receive custom woodles. Ruck divisions are timed but are not competitive and do not have age group awards; ruckers receive a finisher woodle.
Pets are not allowed due to municipal ordinance. Refunds are not permitted. The event is produced and managed by Silver Circle Sports Events and partners with the Silver Circle Foundation. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
