Ladies 10K
The Ladies 10K is an athletic event held in the village of Ipplepen, Devon. The race follows a route through undulating rural lanes with limited traffic. Starting and finishing at Ipplepen Village Hall on Biltor Road, the course heads out of the village past Orley Common. It continues along country lanes towards Totnes before turning back at Reeveacre Cross. The final sections pass through Two Bridges and run alongside the railway line, passing Yarneford Copse and Biltor Cross on the way back to the finish.
Participants can expect the following distances:

The event is authorized under an Association of Running Clubs race permit and features a strict limit of 300 participants. The course is marshaled and includes medical cover. Aid stations providing drinks are located at approximately the 3-mile mark and at the finish line. For safety reasons, the use of music headphones or earphones is not permitted during the race.
The Race HQ at the Village Hall offers free parking and toilet facilities. Every finisher receives a bespoke watercolour print, and free race photos are provided. Prizes are awarded to the top five individual finishers, as well as winners in various age categories and affiliated teams. Cakes are available for purchase at the headquarters.
Registration is open to participants aged 15 and older. Entry is free for runners aged 15 to 17. Number transfers are possible on the day of the event for an administration fee. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
