Ladies' 10K
The Ladies' 10K is scheduled for Sunday 27th June 2027 with the event base at Ipplepen Village Hall, situated just off the A381 between Newton Abbot and Totnes. The Village Hall offers free parking and multiple toilets close to the race headquarters.
The course leaves the village, passes Orley Common and follows quiet country lanes toward Totnes before turning back at Reeveacre Cross. It continues down to Two Bridges, runs beside the railway, goes under the railway and returns to Ipplepen. After passing Yarneford Copse runners proceed toward Biltor Cross for a short final section back to the finish at the Village Hall.
Entries are online only and the race has a strict limit of 300. Entry fees include a donation of £1.50 per entry to Rowcroft Hospice. All finishers receive a memento. Prizes are awarded to the first five ladies and to first and second in the age categories U18, V35, V40, V45, V50, V55, V60, V65 and V70; team prizes are awarded to the first two teams with four to count.
Headphones and earphones of any type are not permitted and wearing them will lead to disqualification. Fifteen to seventeen year olds are offered free entry. Number transfers are accepted only on the day at Race HQ with an administration charge of £3 per transfer. Refreshments including Trotter cakes are available before, during and after the race.
