Ladies 10K
Ladies 10K is a 10 km road race scheduled for 28 June 2026 around Ipplepen, Devon, organised by Teignbridge Trotters. The event is based at Ipplepen Village Hall, off the A381 between Newton Abbot and Totnes, with free parking and toilet facilities at the venue.
The course follows undulating rural lanes with very little traffic. The route heads out of the village past Orley Common towards Totnes, turns back at Reeveacre Cross, continues down to Two Bridges, runs beside and then under the railway, passes Yarneford Copse and returns toward Biltor Cross for the final section back to the Village Hall. Drinks are provided at approximately 3 miles and at the finish. The course is marshalled and medical cover is in attendance.
Entries are restricted to 300 runners and the minimum age is 15. Entry fees listed are £14 for ARC or UKA affiliated runners and £16 for unaffiliated runners; ages 15 to 17 enter free. Race features include a bespoke watercolour print for all finishers, free race photos, cakes for sale at race headquarters and prizes for overall places, age group categories including U18 and V35 upward, and affiliated team prizes. Number transfers are accepted only on race day with a £3 administration charge. Music headphones or earphones are not permitted and will lead to disqualification.
