Lacing Up for Hope 5K
Lacing Up for Hope 5K is an autumn community running event set for September 26, 2026, at The Snowden House on Snowden Lane in Southaven, Mississippi (6205 Snowden Ln, Southaven, MS 38672). The event includes a 5K run/walk and a separate kids fun run.
Proceeds support Healing Hearts Child Advocacy Center. The center's mission is to respond to child abuse with a supportive team approach that reduces trauma through advocacy, treatment, education, and prevention.
The event includes awards for the 5K: cash prizes for the top three overall male and female finishers and first-place male and female in each age group: 19 & Under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+. The kids fun run entrants are entered into a raffle and receive a participation gift. Published registration fees list the 5K Run/Walk at $44.79 and the Kids Fun Run at $18.04.
