Lace ’Em & Race ’Em 5K/7K Series - 2026
The Lace ’Em & Race ’Em Series is a set of five races held on the same fast, scenic course in Vadnais Heights, Minnesota. Using the identical course each time allows participants to measure changes in endurance and speed across the season.
The event offers two distance options:
- 5K
- 7K
Medals are awarded to all participants at every race. A cash grand prize is presented to the male and the female athlete with the most improved time across the series; to qualify, an athlete must complete at least three of the five races, including the finale. Individual winners at each race receive prizes, a change noted for 2026. Kids under 18 may run free when accompanied by a registered adult.
Race-day features include music and post-race snacks. Shirts and Rocket Racing BOCO hats are available for purchase. Ticketing options include preorder single-race tickets available until the day before each race and race-day registration; tickets do not include a t-shirt. Preorder prices are listed around $45 to $50 for single races and race-day prices are listed around $50 to $55, with additional ticket service fees.
