Cupid Dash - Long Beach
Cupid Dash takes place on February 13, 2027 along the Long Beach Shoreline Path at 5400 E Ocean Blvd in Belmont Shores. The event offers multiple distance options on an open, marked beach-path course that uses out-and-back loops.
Available distances
- 5 km out and back on the beach path
- 10 km two 5 km loops
- 15 km three 5 km loops
- Half marathon three 4.36 mile loops
The course is open to the public; participants should be courteous to pedestrians, runners, and cyclists. An aid station is located at the turnaround/start/finish area and provides water cups, water bottles, Gatorade cups, and Gu gels.
Registration includes custom finisher medals, drawstring goodie bags, free videos, live results, free photos linked to bibs, cinematic race highlight reels, trophies and achievement badges, Ascend Index rankings and Ascend Crew features, and a free event app. Snack samples are provided on site.
The half marathon has a 3 hour 15 minute time limit. Transfers are allowed only by emailing the organizer; the event has a no refund policy. Group discounts for three or more participants are applied automatically, with additional group options available by contacting the organizer. Volunteer opportunities are available that can provide a free race entry.
