The event is held on the Long Beach shoreline path in Belmont Shores at 5400 E Ocean Blvd, Long Beach, CA 90803. The course is an open beach path and participants are asked to be courteous to pedestrians, runners, and cyclists. Routes consist of marked out-and-back loops that are easy to follow.
Aid is available at the turnaround near the start and finish with water cups, water bottles, Gatorade cups, and Gu gels.

- 5k out-and-back on the beach path.
- 10k two 5k loops.
- 15k three 5k loops.
- Half marathon three 4.36 mile loops.
