Labor Day Running Event in Kennesaw
The Labor Day 5K/10K/15K takes place in Kennesaw, Georgia, starting at Zama Mexican Cuisine on Cobb Place Lane. This event focuses on honoring first responders, including firefighters, law enforcement officers, emergency medical technicians, paramedics, dispatchers, and medical professionals. The course is described as flat, providing a level surface for all participants.
Participants can choose from several race distances:

The event includes options for both in-person and virtual participation. For those attending in person, registration options include entries with or without a race shirt. First responders are eligible for free entry with a valid ID required at the time of bib pickup. Athletes who complete the race receive a custom finisher medal. Awards are provided for the top three male and female finishers in each distance across standard five-year age groups, starting from age 10 and under.
