La Série du Canal - 7th edition

La Série du Canal is a series of four timed races held from June to August on Wednesday evenings. The seventh edition features 5 km and 2 km distances and concludes with a Grande Finale in August 2026.

Races take place along the Canal de Chambly, starting at Lock #9 in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu (327 Rue Champlain). Each registration includes a beverage, beer or juice. On-site registration is available during the event evenings. The evening concludes with a draw for several participation prizes.

The local development organization (SDC) encourages participation from a wide range of people, including athletes, recreational runners, those returning to fitness, children, families, and people with limitations. Surplus proceeds from the event will be donated to L'Étoile, pédiatrie sociale du Haut-Richelieu.
