Marathon de Longueuil Sun Life 2026
The Marathon de Longueuil Sun Life takes place in Longueuil, centered around the Colisée Jean-Béliveau. This event features an accessible urban course located on Montreal's South Shore. The marathon and half-marathon routes are official qualifiers for both the Boston Marathon and the New York City Marathon.
A wide variety of distances are offered to accommodate different athletes:
- 42.2 km (Marathon)
- 21.1 km (Half-marathon)
- 10 km des Cœurs Battants
- 5 km
- 2 km
- 1 km (restricted to ages 12 and under)
Registration includes official chip timing, live tracking via a mobile app, and access to refueling stations providing water and electrolytes throughout the course. Pace bunnies are available for the 5 km, 10 km, 21.1 km, and 42.2 km events. Walkers are permitted to participate in any distance of 10 km or less.
To facilitate transportation, shuttle services operate between the Longueuil Terminus, designated parking areas, and the race site. A secure bag drop-off area is provided for personal belongings. Following the race, all participants receive a full meal. Awards include medals for the top three male and female finishers in each distance, as well as medals for the top three finishers in various age categories.
