The 10 km course consists of two 5 km loops. Age recommendations or limits apply by distance; the 1 km event has a maximum age, and age-group categories are defined for the other distances.
The event includes official chip timing with timing mats for split times and live tracking via the Sportstats app. Aid stations supply water and Brix electrolytes on course and at the finish, with restrooms near some stations.
Participants receive a post-race meal, a technical shirt, and a participation medal, plus distinct medals by age category and medal engraving courtesy of Sun Life. Event photos are available approximately 24 hours after the race.
A secure, monitored bag drop is provided. Street parking is available nearby; paid parking is offered at Cégep Champlain about 500 m from the site and the metro is about a 1.5 km walk. Courses welcome independent participants, people requiring assistance, and wheelchair users; a partnership with Carte Accompagnement Loisir provides free registration for accompanying support persons.
