The eighth edition of the Course NDL Sun Life, also known as "La rapide de Saint-Lambert," takes place in Longueuil. This sporting event offers a variety of courses ranging from short sprints to longer distances.

- The mile
- 5 km
- 10 km
- 15 km Combo (consisting of two separate starts for the 5 km and 10 km)
