La Porte By the Bay Half Marathon
The La Porte By the Bay Half Marathon takes place in La Porte, Texas, beginning at Sylvan Beach Park beside the water. The event offers both an in-person and a virtual option for the half marathon distance.

The race course runs through streets of La Porte and continues onto the Fred Hartman Bridge. The bridge has twin steel towers that rise to 440 feet and yellow cables visible against the sky. Runners cross the bridge twice during the course.
The finish is at Five Points Plaza. After the race there is a post race party at Five Points Plaza featuring food, cold beer, and awards. All finishers receive a medal.
This event is the third race in the Texas Bridge Series and is organized by 3 Bros Running Company.
