Kyle Pagerly Memorial 5K Run/Walk
The event is a 5K run/walk held on October 4, 2026 at Berks Heritage Center, 1102 Red Bridge Rd, Reading, PA 19605. Registration is available by mail using the race form and online; online registration is open until midnight on September 30.
Entry fees are $25 if postmarked by September 18 and include a guaranteed T-shirt. Entries after September 18, including race day, are $30 and include a T-shirt while supplies last. All funds raised support the Kyle Pagerly Memorial Fund; checks may be made payable to the Kyle Pagerly Memorial Fund and mailed to Berks County Community Foundation, 237 Court St, Reading, PA 19601.
Awards are offered in both an Open division and a First Responder division. Open awards include Overall male and female places 1st through 3rd and age group awards (male and female, 1st through 3rd) for 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+. The First Responder division includes Overall male and female 1st through 3rd and age group awards for 18-39 and 40+, with specified placings. Participants who register as First Responders are eligible only for First Responder awards. Overall winners are not eligible for age group awards.
Participants must sign the provided waiver acknowledging the risks of road racing; minors require a legal guardian signature. The event is organized by KP5K Race. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
