2026 KWAOR President's 5K
The 2026 KWAOR President's 5K is a community event hosted by the Kent Washington Association of REALTORS at Warwick City Park. This event functions as a charity run and walk specifically benefiting South County Habitat for Humanity and the RP4 Foundation. The proceeds from registration and sponsorship support affordable housing initiatives and services for families and individuals.
The event offers two primary ways to participate:
- 5K (Run)
- 5K (Non-competitive Walk)
The 5K run is a timed event featuring clearly designated start and finish areas. Volunteers are positioned throughout the course to assist participants, and safety measures are implemented along the route. While the run is competitive, the walk is designed for non-competitive participation. Participants aged 10 and under can join the event at no cost.
Recognition is provided for top finishers through various award categories. Overall male and female winners are determined based on gun time. Additionally, individual first-place awards are given based on chip time for several age groups, including:
- Under 19
- 20-29
- 30-39
- 40-49
- 50-59
- 60-69
- 70 and older
Early bib and shirt collection is available the day before the event at the Kent Washington Association of REALTORS in East Greenwich. On the day of the race, check-in and bib pick-up take place at Warwick City Park. Registration must be completed online in advance, as no entries are accepted on the morning of the event.
