Krumpe's Donut Alley Rally is a 5K run/walk held on Friday, August 14, 2026 in Hagerstown, Maryland. The event starts and finishes at Krumpe's Do-Nut Shop, 912 Maryland Ave, Hagerstown, MD 21740. Proceeds benefit the Wounded Warrior Project and The Mason-Dixon Warrior Adventures; 100% of net proceeds (gross receipts minus event expenses) will be paid to those organizations. The race includes a separate category for high school participants and for active military.
Race details, course and support
Entry includes a race t-shirt, a custom race bib, and custom awards; top three overall men’s and women’s finishers receive finisher medals and cash prizes of $100, $75, and $50 for first through third. Top three finishers in each age group receive medals, subject to a necessary minimum attendance. Early packet pickup is scheduled for Thursday, August 7 at Krumpe’s Do-Nut Shop; visitors at pickup receive a complimentary glazed appetizer donut.
The course runs through residential areas in the south end of Hagerstown and through Rose Hill Cemetery. It is mostly level with a few gentle hills and follows smooth macadam road surfaces. Course support includes two water stations in the cemetery and a third water station at the finish area, with additional helpers handing out water bottles. Spectators can view both start and finish at Krumpe’s Do-Nut Shop; a free band is scheduled before and after the race. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
