The 9th Annual Krista-Marie Touch of Love Charity 5K
The event is held in April at C.B. Smith Park in Pembroke Pines, Florida, located at 900 N. Flamingo Road, 33028. It is organised as a charity 5K run/walk during Autism Month to raise educational and therapy funds for children diagnosed with Autism and related disorders. The event is presented by a non-profit 501(c)(3) organisation and is held in memory of Krista-Marie.

Awards and event items include event shirts available without charge to the first 500 at early packet pickup, and race medals for the first 500 finishers. Additional recognitions include best male and female plaques and age-group medals. The course runs through a tree-lined trail and finishers receive water at the finish; medals are limited to the first 500 finishers.
