Kris Kringle 5 Mile Run
The Kris Kringle 5 Mile Run is a running event organized by the Pagoda Pacers Athletic Club. The race proceeds benefit the Berks County Cross Country Association. The event takes place at the Berks County Agricultural Center and follows a course that incorporates a mix of road sections and easy trail paths. Participants will travel through Blue Marsh and along the Union Canal Trail. For this edition, the route is directed in a clockwise direction.

Registration is open to runners, walkers, and those using strollers. However, dogs are not permitted to participate in the race. Participants can register online in advance or sign up on the day of the event. The registration fee covers race entry only, and apparel such as hoodies is not included in the standard cost. Limited quantities of unclaimed hoodies may be available for purchase following the ceremony.
Awards are presented to the top two overall male and female finishers. Additionally, the event recognizes the top three male and female finishers in various age group brackets. These brackets begin at under 14 and continue in five-year increments up to the age of 80, with a final category for participants aged 80 and over.
