Kisatchie Crusher Gravel & Run, Minden LA
The event is a two day gathering at the Day Use Area of Caney Lake Park in Minden, Louisiana on September 12 and 13, 2026. The program includes gravel bike races and 5k/10k runs on Saturday, plus road fondo rides and mountain bike races on Sunday. The park area offers shade, an amphitheater, picnic tables, AC power, restrooms, a sandy beach with lake swimming, showers, and a bike wash. RV sites with full hookups and bunkbed cabins are available onsite.
Routes will be well marked and downloading routes is encouraged. Chip timing is used for the gravel races, the 5k and 10k runs, and the MTB races. Aid stations are provided on the 5k/10k and on longer cycling distances. Helmets are required for all cycling events. E bicycles are welcome for gravel and fondo routes but are not allowed on the MTB trails by park rangers. Single speed categories are offered and will receive separate awards on specified courses.
All participants who register by September 3 receive a T shirt. A post race meal is included in registration. Early bird pricing applies for registrations completed by July 31 and there is a price increase on August 31. The $5 park fee is covered by registration. No refunds. Proceeds support Bike Minden for trail maintenance and expansion.

- Gravel races: 18 miles (1200 ft), 43 miles (2900 ft), 66 miles (4400 ft)
- Fondo road rides: 18 miles (1000 ft), 33 miles (1600 ft), 54 miles (3200 ft)
- MTB races: 6 miles beginner, 14 miles Cat 3, 21 miles Cat 2 and Cat 1
- Runs: 5k and 10k on paved park roads
