The course is a single-lap Kingston route that crosses Kingston Bridge and Hampton Court Bridge. Terrain is road with some flat Thames gravel path. The course is England Athletics certified (Licence ID: 28193) and has a Run Britain licence (Licence ID: 2024-46887). Minimum age is 17 on race day.
Race numbers are collection only; they are available from 27 February at three local shops or on race morning. There is full marshal coverage, professional first aid throughout the course, and a sweep marshal to assist athletes who do not complete the course. A water station is located at 3.5 miles. Toilets are provided at 1 mile and 3.5 miles. Pace makers will be present. Prize vouchers are listed for first, second and third places (£75, £50 and £25 respectively). Entry fees are shown as club entry £30 plus £2.50 fee and non-club entry £32 plus £2.50 fee.
