Course and race details
The course starts and finishes at Kingston Market Place, runs along the high street, goes under Kingston Bridge, follows the riverside path towards Teddington Lock, returns through Canbury Gardens and finishes back at the Market Place. The terrain is described as flat with riverside views and a mix of traffic-free and road sections.
Race numbers are collection only, available from specified shops from 26th September or on race morning. The minimum age is 15 years on the day of the race. The course is fully marshalled and has sweep marshals and full professional first aid cover. Water stations are at 6.4 km and at the finish; course toilets are at 2.5 km and 6.8 km. Prize vouchers are offered for male and female 1st, 2nd and 3rd places and include a free entry to another River Thames Running event.
